Feed Mill Operator

Norco AgriSolutions are currently seeking Feed Mill Operators to join the hardworking team at our Animal Nutrition manufacturing site in Lismore, NSW on a casual basis.

This is a physical role that would suit someone that likes being active and, on their feet, willing to learn and participate in a supportive and hardworking team environment.

Previous experience is not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key capabilities required include:

• Previous manufacturing, feed mill and/or labouring experience is an advantage.
• A team player and able to work effectively in a small team.
• Flexible to work different shifts.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Be physically fit and able to complete repetitive manual handling tasks, including lifting.
• Safety focussed.
• Basic computer skills.
• Forklift licence highly regarded, but not essential.
